3 Hour Consultation

“I want to add an extension and renovate, I have a few ideas, but I would love to get some advice from a professional, how do I go about that?” - We offer our potential clients a 3hr Consultation service. This would involve a call out to your home where we will spend some time measuring the house, typically 20-30mins depending on the size and extent of the works. Then we would sit down and run through a comprehensive brief with the client(s), roughly 20-30mins. After that our architect will sketch design ideas and concepts and end up with 2-3 concrete ideas, this is the bulk of the time, 1hr 45mins roughly and lastly we will give an estimate on the building costs for the design idea that you favour the most, 15mins. Over the following day or two, the client will receive a follow up email with copies of the sketch ideas along with a proposed fee schedule for the architectural services required.
